The economy has been an absolutely brutal environment to work in. We are now going back and assessing, what are our wants and needs? What will make us successful is this new, leaner approach that allows us to be more agile and get places very quickly with very little planning and little allocation of resources. We also do a lot of consulting on the front end with our customers. Before, we went to market so quickly that we were attempting to sell a solution to solve a business requirement with technology. Today, the customer isn’t certain as to what the scope of the problem is. So we spend a lot of time in a need analysis phase to help the customer understand what the extent of the problem is and what it will take to solve it.
