Kofax Certified Solution Providers Honored in CRN’s Fast Growth 100
Prestigious Annual List Recognizes Top-Performing Solution Providers that Develop Custom Applications and Drive Industry Growth
Irvine, CA - February 9, 2005
Kofax, the world’s largest information capture vendor, today proudly announced that eight of its Certified Solution Providers (CSP) were honored in Computer Reseller News’ (CRN’s) “Fast Growth 100” list. Recognizing the top 100 solution providers that are driving growth and building expertise in technology service areas, the prestigious annual list was based on a survey and call for nominations conducted by CRN during the fourth quarter of 2004 and ranked solution providers by revenue growth over the prior 12 months.
Among the Kofax CSPs recognized were Pasadena, California-based Avrio; Brentwood, New York-based Digital Storage Solutions; Houston, Texas-based Engraphix Imaging Systems; San Diego, California-based Hershey Technologies; Olympia, Washington-based ImageSource; Dallas, Texas-based Imagine Solutions; Rye, New York-based Mobius Management Systems; and Columbia, Maryland-based Quality Associates. According to CRN, the Fast Growth 100 list represents a compilation of the top technology solution providers that are developing custom applications, vertical market solutions and driving growth through managed services.
“Members of the CRN Fast Growth 100 list demonstrate true channel leadership, operational excellence and profitable growth in the industry,” said Rick Murphy, president and CEO at Kofax. “The eight Kofax CSPs recognized represent the type of leadership that is exhibited throughout of our network of more than 1,100 CSPs that consistently provide integrated, versatile information capture solutions to our mutual partners and customers.”
“With more than 10 years of providing document capture and information management solutions, we are honored to be included on the Fast Growth 100 list as a top solution provider,” said Terry Sutherland, CEO of ImageSource. “A recognition of this kind is indicative of the true support and commitment to the industry that Kofax shares with its channel partners and demonstrates the value, strength and pervasiveness of Kofax’s technology.”
According to Scott Swidersky, director of the Information Systems Division at Quality Associates (QAI), making the CRN Fast Growth 100 list is a testament to the success that Kofax and QAI have seen with solutions integrations throughout 2004, including a recent $20 million dollar blanket purchase agreement from the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) for Kofax’s information capture technology.
“We developed a custom application that works with Kofax technology to ensure Section 508 compliance of the SSA’s systems for vision- and hearing-impaired users, and the Fast Growth 100 further validates the hard work and expertise we bring in implementing enterprise-scale document management solutions for large organizations like the SSA,” said Swidersky. “As a Kofax CSP, we have been able to build upon that momentum to provide our customers with true end-to-end information and document capture solutions as a means of helping them maximize their productivity and streamline their business processes.”
“We are proud to have been named on CRN’s Fast Growth 100 list and to be recognized as one of the top technology solution providers in the industry,” said Neal Fischer, principal at Hershey Technologies. “Through our relationship with Kofax, we have been able to achieve a great deal of growth and success as a provider of complete document management and business process automation solutions to clients that depend on rapid deployment and unlimited scalability.”
